Barnaby Is Right 
The photo is multi faceted. On the one side you have the result of over population and bad government. On the other side you have to ask yourself what is important in life.
Perhaps you could say that as long as one has food and clothing,money cannot buy happiness. But the idle parasites in high places who live off the productivity of others are never content – always keeping an eagle eye out for whosoevers wealth they can devour.
